Avril Lavigne's split up just a rumor plus photoshoot

Singer Avril Lavigne's husband Deryck Whibley has clearly stated the rumored split-up is completely false.

Avril and Deryck, was married last 2006. Deryck's management firm Nettwerk Music Group stated that "For the record, we strongly deny the inference of marital problems between Avril and Deryck. Deryck has in fact been traveling through Asia performing with Avril as evidenced by the numerous YouTube videos."

Rumours of their split were started when Deryck was spotted at a Los Angeles event holding hands with a yet unknown woman.

Esquire hails Halle Berry the 'sexiest woman alive'

It's been six years since Halle Berry was a Bond girl and four since she plastered herself in latex for her role as Catwoman.

Esquire magazine has named ther as their sexiest woman alive even though she is now 42 and only six months after giving birth.

"I don't know exactly what it means, but being 42 and having just had a baby, I think I'll take it," says Berry, who gave birth to her daughter, Nahla, in March.

"Sexiness is a state of mind — a comfortable state of being," she says. "It's about loving yourself in your most unlovable moments."

But Berry, who won an Oscar for her role in "Monster's Ball," can't claim the sexiest-woman honor all to herself.

"I share this title with every woman, because every woman is a nominee for it at any moment," she says.
